George Mystkowski:  For over 35 years George has designed, developed, and delivered innovative strategies & programs of work to transform organizational performance cultures, working at C-Suite levels and below within both public & private sectors and with associated bodies, delivering measurable and sustainable business improvement with a keen focus on ROI, increasing enterprise value, strengthening business and individual reputation, and the creation of step-change such that organizations are better placed to deliver their strategic goals.  George has predominantly worked in the private sector throughout his career including nearly 18 years in two high service level FTSE100 organizations, where he held HR Board responsibility for the creation of a multinational procurement company with a ‘spend’ of £2Bn+ across food and non-food commodities, and also HR Board responsibility for a European vending company across 24 countries and with 5,000+ employees establishing common values and leadership behaviors across all nations.


Atul Madahar: Atul has over 35 years in both operational and consulting roles in a wide range of businesses and industries.     He currently consults and provides Applied Consensus’ services to clients, and other professional services firms, where he specializes in strategy, business growth, and a wide range of other day-to-day business topics.   Previously he was the COO/CFO of a US-based, renewables technology company developing renewable infrastructure projects around the world.  In this role, he was involved in raising both equity and project financing for a series of biorefinery JVs around the world.  He also has over 10 years of growth capital, and private equity investment experience, at two US funds where he led investments in a variety of sectors and represented the funds on several boards.  He has had one IPO exit and a handful of acquisition exits.  He also managed portfolio turnaround situations and assisted in fundraising.  Other roles have included Director of Business Development at T-Mobile US and Director of Business Development at SchellingPoint.  Atul also held sales and marketing roles for various products at AMD and has lived and worked in Taiwan, Japan, the US, and Europe.  Atul holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Wharton School (US) and an MSc in Computer Science from Southampton University (UK). Atul is a UK and US citizen.


Jim Katzenberger: Jim has over four decades of experience and has valuable insights at the crossroads of people, processes, and technology. He has honed his expertise in creating integrated enterprises which prioritize customer and employee satisfaction, and leverage technology and process for optimum impact.  Jim believes that the success of an organization is built on its people, who are the driving force behind technology and process. He highlights the importance of empowering high-performing staff, fostering teamwork, and strengthening relationships with employees and customers.
